there's some short term on chemistry that attract me. the one said .. there always an equivalent trade. so this are the interesting thing's that i got from my friend. he are a teacher from different side method of teaching. he think that Punishment and reward have to equivalent in the practice.
Many teacher always blame his student for not reaching the goal of the study. but in other way rarely give the appreciation for the student that making some goal. some proverb mention that school is the second home for student. so in the other ways an appreciation is very necessary .. how do you think?!
